A two-day advanced forensic clinical training course (split over four days) targeted at senior AOD clinicians working with forensic youth clients presenting with highly complex needs.

This training will cover the below learning outcomes:

–              Understanding the Youth Justice System in Victoria

–              Substance use and offending in youth justice client

–              Forensic assessment, case formulation and treatment planning

–              Confidentiality, consent and documentation

–              Managing treatment interfering behaviours and boundaries

–              Trauma informed care

–              Self-care in the forensic context
