BreakThrough is an education program that involves group discussion about a particular topic or theme, for example, setting boundaries, safety planning, and de-escalation. The sessions aim to support people to stay connected to loved ones safely.

Non-religious, open meetings for family members and friends impacted by the use of drugs and/or alcohol by others. Open to anyone and providing opportunities to talk and listen to others in a non-judgemental, safe environment.
