Our Peer Support Group is a safe space for anyone to talk about concerns with prescription or over-the-counter medications, alcohol, and/or other drugs. By checking in and sharing experiences, group members can feel encouraged and supported in their recovery. Groups are hosted by people with Lived/Living Experience of substance use and recovery.

Groups include psychoeducational material around relapse prevention and other skills needed in recovery such as anger management, anxiety, assertiveness, conflict resolution and boundary setting.
