A Victorian community in which alcohol and other drug (AOD)-related harms are reduced and well-being is promoted to support people to reach their potential.

Our Purpose

VAADA leads AOD policy, workforce development, and public discussion across membership, related sectors and the community to prevent and reduce AOD harms in Victoria

Terms and Conditions

      1. Your membership is subject to approval by the VAADA Board. Approval may take up to two months, depending on when you submit your application and the timing of the next Board meeting.
      2. Once approved, you will receive a welcome pack with an attached invoice for payment. You will not be considered a VAADA member until your membership fee is paid.
      3. VAADA is a peak body, not a professional association. We do not provide CPD points or certificates of attendance for our events.

    Individual membership is $100 including GST. Individual Members hold the right to vote at VAADA's AGM. Your application will be considered at the next board meeting after the date your application is received.

  • Membership Process

    Your application goes before the VAADA Board to be approved at its bi-monthly meeting. Once approved a tax invoice will be issued for your membership fee and a Member Kit will be sent to you
